This course was developed by a team of experts, Melinda Howard (Renal Matron, York Hospitals), Chris Stubbs (Renal Matron, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals), Collette Devlin (Shared Care Educator, York Hospitals) Tania Barnes & Katy Hancock (Shared Care Educators, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals).
