The resources below have been designed for use in Yorkshire and Humber. If you wish to make any adaptations to the Training Handbook or the Course Journal, please ensure that you acknowledge the Yorkshire and Humber programme and make it clear that your trust has adapted it for own use.
Measuring the change you are making in your units through Shared Haemodialysis Care helps you to quantify your success as well as helping you to identify where improvements can be made and assess how you are doing compared with other similar units. The Renal Registry is collecting patient participation data in line with the Shared Haemodialsyis CQUIN. Within this section you will find the resources to inform, collect and understand this process.
